PuuHa Trade Ltd customer register
The purpose of the register is to maintain PuuHa Trade Ltd's customer register and to process and archive customer orders and manage customer relations. The information in the register can be used in PuuHa Trade Ltd's own registers to target advertising without disclosing personal information to an outside party.
The customer register consists of several sub-registers, which store information about the customer as follows:
1) the customer's contact information to enable ordering and delivery of the order. In addition, the contact person's phone number and the information necessary for invoicing.

The register's contact and customer information is obtained from the customer himself when he registers through the newsletter, by entering into a customer relationship or through other notifications from the customer.
PuuHa Trade Oy uses the customer register in the direct marketing and communication of the MailChimp email service. Users' first name, last name and e-mail address, city, province and possibly the phone number they have indicated as well as product interest are transferred to MailChimp. MailChimp is a US company, so data is transferred outside the European Union. If necessary, PuuHa Trade Oy may ask the applicant to prove his identity. PuuHa Trade Oy responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (usually within a month).
Every customer of PuuHa Trade Oy has the right to demand the correction of their own incorrect personal data. Correction requests must be sent in writing to the address email@example.com, from where they will be directed to the person responsible for maintaining the customer data of the person concerned. If necessary, PuuHa Trade Oy may ask the applicant to prove his identity. PuuHa Trade Oy responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (usually within a month).
The registrant has the right to prohibit PuuHa Trade Oy from processing information about him/her for direct advertising, distance sales and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion research. The registrant has the right to request the deletion of their own data from the PuuHa Trade Oy register. The request will be implemented unless legislation, open invoices or collection actions prevent data deletion. If necessary, PuuHa Trade Oy may ask the applicant to prove his identity. Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight. You can choose from the delivery methods in use at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is shown.
Our most common delivery times to Finland or to abroad vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
We will accept returns on new and unopened boards with the purchaser covering return shipping to PuuHa Trade Oy but you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If you’ve been using your BladeEdge -training board and your board becomes damaged or if you think its defective, please email us and we’ll get you sorted.
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages, for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
